LOCATION & DIRECTIONS
Flying: The nearest airport is Salzburg which is served by Ryanair from London Stansted, Bristol, East Midlands and Liverpool, thomsonfly from Coventry, London Gatwick, Bournemouth, Manchester and Doncaster Sheffield, Jet2 from Leeds Bradford, Flybe from Exeter and Southampton and British Airways from London Gatwick.
Flying Time: around 2 hours from London Stansted.
There are many car hire firms based at Salzburg airport for the onward journey to the apartments (see directions below).
Driving: From Salzburg: From the airport follow signs Müchen 1 and turn left onto B1. Continue along the B1, entering Himmelrich. Turn left and join the A1 toll motorway. Join the A10 (signposted E55 Graz, A10 Villach, Salsburg-Sud) and continue for around 45km, then merge onto the B311 (signposted B311 Bischofshofen, Zell Am See, St. Johann I. Pg., Gasteinertal). Continue through St. Johann I. Pg. and Grafenhof for around 30km. Turn left at signpost to Embach and climb up the hill. The apartments are on the right, just before the village of Embach.
Driving time: approximately 1 hour from Salzburg airport.

Train: It is possible to catch the train from Salzburg to Lend/Salzach station (on the line to Zell am See) from where it is a short bus ride to the apartments (bus stop: Embach b. Taxenbach Angerhölzl).
