Mountain Biking: The apartments are equi-distant from Rauris and Dorfgastein (15 mins drive) - both of which have Intersport shops that can arrange bike hire in the summer. There is a bike trail all the way along the Salzach river in the valley below Embach that runs all the way to Zell am See. Walking and hiking: There are also several walking trails that start in the village - a map can be obtained from the local tourist office. Lifts operating in the summer for mountain access include Rauris and Dorfgastein. |

Rafting: There is a rafting centre in Taxenbach (10 mins drive) Boat rides: on the lake in Zell am See |
| Skiing: Available all year round on the glacier at Kaprun (40 mins drive). |

Swimming: The village is around 25 minutes drive from Zell am See and the lake. Both Rauris and Dorfgastein have swimming pools. |
